お食事処のご案内
当宿のお食事処のご案内です。
◆ご夕食、ご朝食共に、本館2階のお食事処でお召し上がりいただきます。
◆やなぎ荘は「やなぎ荘本館」「別館 幸山」「新別館 鶴茂」の3つの館に分かれており、その距離は約20メートル間隔で並んでおります。お食事の際は、歩いて本館2階のお食事処までお越しくださいませ。

貸切風呂のご案内です。
◆やなぎ荘には貸切風呂が5つございます。予約制ではなく、空いていれば鍵を掛けてご自由にお入りいただくシステムとなっております。ご利用の際は、必ず浴槽の鍵を掛けてご入浴ください。
ご利用時間 15：00〜24：00 翌 5：00〜9：00
別館 華山 3つの貸切風呂
別館華山にご宿泊のお客様が優先的にご利用いただけます。

新別館 鶴喜 2つの貸切風呂
「ただいま入浴中」と書かれた札を浴室のドアに掛けていただき、浴室の中より鍵を掛けてお入りくださいませ。特に時間制限は設けておりませんが、他のお客様もご利用になられますので、30分程度でのご利用にご協力お願い申し上げます。
22時〜23時、翌朝7時〜8時の時間帯は混雑しますので、ご利用時間を前後にずらすなど、ご配慮をお願いいたします。
なるべく同室の方と一緒にご利用くださいますようお願いいたします。
浴室内への飲食物の持ち込みはご遠慮くださいませ。

Local Beer — Kinosaki local beer, all made from 100% malt.
Pilsner (Sky Beer) — A full-bodied classic lager that has been wonderfully balanced with hops from Czech.
Stout (Black Beer) — The bitter taste of the roasted malts in this black beer is well complimented by the sweet caramel flavors. (5.0% alcohol by volume, 330ml, Stout)
Weizen (River Beer) — Made from wheat malts. The fruity body of this popular beer makes it an easy one to drink. (4.5% alcohol by volume, 330ml, German Hefeweizen)
Crab Beer (Snow Beer) — The beer is popular for its slight sweetness and crisp hoppy flavor. It is a strong flavored beer but as easy to drink, as well. Any crab ingredients do not include the beer. (6.0% alcohol by volume, 330ml, Premium Bitter)
Japanese Sake
The world famous Japanese alcoholic beverage, brewed from rice. The quality of sake depends much on the quality of rice and skills of the brewer, called a “Toji.” Don’t miss a chance to try the many excellent sakes of Tajima where many skilled brewers reside.
香住鶴 Kasumi Tsuru — Founded in 1725, one of a few breweries using this very traditional, labor-intensive method of hand crafting a kimoto.
竹泉 Chikusen — While maintaining traditions that date back to the Genroku period, we use rice and water from the local area to produce delicious, healthy sake.
玉川 Tamagawa — Located in Kumihama in northern Kyoto Prefecture, this brewery boasts a 175-year history of producing local sake “Tamagawa.” They produce sake with a focus on umami, which complements a variety of dishes.

このような行為はカスタマーハラスメントに該当します
① 暴言・威圧的な言動
大声での怒鳴りや罵倒、脅すような言葉や態度で従業員に接する行為。
② 過度な要求
ご提供内容を大きく超えるサービスや、正当な理由のない返金・補償・謝罪などを求める行為。
③ 不当な時間の拘束
同じ要求を長時間にわたって繰り返す、フロントや電話で従業員を長く引き留めるなどの行為。
④ 許可のない撮影・SNSへの投稿
従業員を無断で撮影したり、その写真・動画や個人を特定できる情報をSNS等に投稿したりする行為。
⑤ 従業員個人への攻撃・誹謗中傷
人格を否定する発言や、特定の従業員を名指しした中傷・嫌がらせを行う行為。
